Recorded attempts are rows admitted to the rewrite ledger. Rejected quota checks, authentication failures, and individual provider retries are not fully persisted and are not included. Active users have at least one recorded attempt in the chosen period. Deleted accounts and their cascading request records are not recoverable in these totals.

Reported tokens and cost sum stored provider usage only. Missing values are shown as missing coverage, not assumed to be free. Inference cost is not revenue or total operating cost. Request duration covers admission to completion, not a full browser round trip.

Subscription age starts at the earliest recorded paid period for an account in the selected environment. It is not a guaranteed original subscription creation date. Plan mix and remaining allowance are current; reporting dates filter activity and signup trends. Cancelled subscriptions may retain Plus access until their paid period ends.

Health includes the database check and recorded backup timestamp. Historical uptime, detailed provider error causes, retention cohorts and revenue accounting are not instrumented here. A same-server backup does not prove off-server recovery.
